Notes on the Wine
Deep red-garnet color with a violet rim; bright and beautiful. High aromatic intensity, with prevailing notes of cherry. Perfectly integrated scents of wild fruit and dairy products. Powerful and greedy entrance. Attractive combination of freshness and maturity. Ripe fruit on the palate; well-balanced fresh acidity, with a pleasant structure and fine tannins. Lingering finish.
An amazing value, this wine shows great intensity of flavors with notes of sweet oak well integrated with the wines dark berry fruits flavors. The wine is unmistakably old world in nature but with a rich mid-palate that makes it easy to enjoy.
Grapes are carefully selected from our oldest vineyards, which produce less than four clusters per plant. Harvested by hand during the second week of October. Collected in special boxes, each one weighing 20 kilos. Placed into a cold storage room at 5ºC for one day.
