This is a beautiful expression of Barber from the town of Asti in Piedmont. Bright red berry fruit flavors offer a rich mid-palate with firm acidty lending focus and gentle tannins linger in the finish.
Notes on the Producer
Federico Scarzello (great-grandson of Vittorio Boschis) and Erik Dogliotti are at the helm of this project. They rented a few great plots of vineyards in Barolo and in the Asti area and make super traditional Barolos, fresh, delicious Moscato d’Asti and a bright and juicy Barbera.
