Notes on the Producer
Founded in the Gassac Valley by Aimé Guibert and Véronique Guibert de la Vassière in 1971. As of 2009, three of their children run the domaine, working to uphold their family’s standards of natural viticulture and farming, cultivating small parcels of vines scattered throughout the valley to avoid damaging the forests and indigenous garrigue herbs that make these wines of the Mediterranean so unique.
