Notes on the Wine
A fruity nose with aromas of white flowers and acacia. Light- to medium-bodied, supple and well-structured. Its concentration and crisp acidity make it harmonious and food-friendly.

Brothers Mathieu and Benoit Fleuriet have been growing vines at the Domaine since 1991. The estate is located in the hamlet of Vauvise, part of the town of Menetou Ratel. They farm 35 different parcels of around 25 hectares of vineyards (61.7 acres). The closest parcel is located 1 kilometer away from the Winery, while the farthest parcel is 8 kilometers away. The vineyards are planted on very distinctive soils: 50% Caillotes, 40% Terres Blanches and 10% Silex.
