This Czech Pet-Nat is perfectly refreshing. Tastes of pink grapefruit, kombucha, passionfruit, and cranberry. The fruitiness is balanced by subtle notes of cheese and truffle oil.

Notes on the Producer
Aleš Svatoš is a 61 year old laboratory scientist and chemist turned natural winemaker. He founded the Porta Bohemica winery in 2010, after many years of planning and study in how to make natural wine. The vineyards are located in northern Bohemia, very close to Germany where Aleš works as a chemist, and their most important grape variety is Muller Thurgau, which has been cultivated in this area since the mid 13th century.
