Notes on the Wine
A combination of Pinot Noir by Weingut Mohr from Lorch (Rheingau) fermneted in stainless steel from steep vineyards with slate soil; Dornfelder produced by Weingut Rapp from the village of Bad Munster am Stein Ebernburger (Nahe), fermented in old oak from grapes grown on sandstone and clay soil; and Portugueser produced by Schlossmuhlenhof in Rheinessen, frown in vineyards in the town of Alzey with limestone and clay soil, aged in stainless steel.
