Region: California - Edna Valley
Grapes: Pinot Gris
Alcohol: 11.1%
Notes on the Wine
Fresh pears along with apricot preserves sprinkled with white pepper. This is a Ramato-style wine made from skin-contact Pinot Gris (hence the name). We used a special barrel selection of our Pinot Gris lots used for Skins. It's a blend of three vineyards from three distinct areas of the Central Coast: Paso Robles, Santa Barbara Highland and the Edna Valley.
