Notes on the Wine
The wine pours a deep ruby‑crimson with luminous purple hints at the rim, offering an immediate visual allure. On the nose, it reveals an elegant bouquet of ripe red fruits—cherry, raspberry, and subtle wild strawberry—enhanced by delicate sous‑bois, earthy mushroom, and soft spice undertones. The palate delivers a velvety texture with bright, juicy cherry and raspberry flavors, beautifully balanced by refined tannins and a gentle touch of oak‑driven vanilla and licorice, leading to a persistent, nuanced finish. A wine of graceful structure and finesse, it pairs exceptionally well with roast meats, game, or aged cheeses—delivering classic Burgundian elegance and value.
