Notes on the Wine
This wine offers aromas of lemon, fresh peeled apple, talc, and tropical fruits that leap out of the glass. It is not super light, but also not medium bodied. This wine has all the hallmarks of white Burgundy with a creamy texture, apple and lemon on the nose, and chalky mineral notes. A lean acidity that keeps it pushing to a spicy finish.
