Notes on the Wine
The vineyard with its parcels spread across the villages of Corgoloin, Comblanchien & Nuits St Georges, today covers about 14 hectares mainly planted in Pinot Noir. The entirety of the vineyard is cultivated according to a philosophy of respect for the soil and the vine. Damien and his team of qualified winegrowers watch over their vines with great care, mainly by the work carried out all year, appropriate pruning and rigorous selection of fruit bearing branches. All this is completed by manual thinning out of foliage in order to bring the best grapes possible into the cellar.
