Black cherry, licorice, leather, mushroom, forrest floor and earth on the nose. This (Burgundian style)Loire Valley Pinot Noir is also lifted by a whiff of cranberry and wild strawberry. Lush and fine-grained; the musky red currant and spice flavors are supported by perfectly integrated ripe acidity. Finishes with an enticing return of fruit and a good acidic lift.
