This Yountville Cabernet Sauvignon is dense yet energetic showing a sense of polish. It has a core of dark plum, blackberry and fig flavors that meld wonderfully with subtle roasted apple wood and caramel. Hints of baker's Chocolate lead to a softly toasted oak finish.
