Notes on the Wine
35 year old vines of indigenous varietals grace the dramatic cliffside landscape of the Douro river valley. The oldest known official region in the world, the terroir here is composed of shale and black schist, giving a rich complex minerality to this traditional blend. Grown and vinified by and independent Portuguese family and farmed sustainably. No addatives or ok is used.
