Notes on the Wine
The grapes come primarily from the Clos de Briançon, a sandy site with silex stones that lies near the Vienne river. They are fermented at cool temperatures in concrete tanks. and raised in stainless steel and bottled after 3-4 months. The result is a vibrant dry rosé with beautiful tart nuances to it's red berry fruit profile.
