100 % organic white wine made by blending unique grape varieties from Alsace and South of France. The grapes were carefully selected to create a special wine where aroma layers interplay with the complex mouthfeel. A wine that starts with fresh fruits complemented with citrus notes and spicies, and continues with a layered mouthfeel where freshness, roundness and minerality kick in to stay for long on the palate with tension.

Oddbird is the first non-alcoholic wine maker to source directly from distinguished and specific wine regions of France, Germany, and Spain. They own 52 vineyards in France.
