Notes on the Wine
This wine is vibrant with elctirc acidity running through a rich mid-palate of tipe stone fruit flavors. It is clean and refreshing from start to finish and whilte versatile with food it is superb to drink on its own.
Notes on the Producer
The Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was founded on 30 June 1931, by 98 pioneer wine growers from Buxy and some surrounding areas. They decided to work together to find a collective solution to the problems they were experiencing with the production, storage and sale of their wines.
An 8,000-hl capacity vathouse was built. The work was not finished in time for the first harvest, but the harvest had to be brought in nonetheless.
