Notes on the Wine
A crisp, well balanced wine with bright fruit notes and elegant, fine bubbles. Domaine Saint Vincent Rosé has a number of aromatics from lavender, floral notes to mouth-watering wild strawberry and bing cherry. It maintains a zesty acidity throughout and has a vivacious, refreshing finish.
Notes on the Producer
The Gruet family, looking to expand operations beyond their holdings in Champagne, discovered that New Mexico was a remarkably good substitute. Domaine Saint-Vincent Methode Champenoise is their entry-level sparkling wine that's surprisingly close to the real deal. Displaying a fine mousse - a mark of well-made wine - and bright fruit notes, Domaine Saint-Vincent is balanced by a subtle nutty, yeasty note.
