Notes on the Wine
Juicy, succulent, moreish Beaujolais! This is full of cranberries, raspberries, strawberry, lots of spice, a tiny bit of citrus zest, graphite notes and vibrant acidity. Beautifully balanced and very easy to drink.

Notes on the Producer
Zero weedkiller. Zero synthetic chemicals: this is how we "treat" our vines and age our wines, in compliance with the Organic Farming Specifications! All our grapes are vinified without sulphites. We can add a minimum dose to the bottling of wines for laying down in order to optimize their conservation in your cellar (see mention on the label). We also pay particular attention to the lunar calendar, the seasons and the weather to work our land and our wines while respecting their biological rhythms.
And above all, we only use treatments based on copper, sulfur, herbal teas (nettle, presles, comfrey, etc.), and essential oils!
Domaine Chasselay extends over 13 hectares, in Châtillon d'Azergues, in Côte de Brouilly and in Brouilly. For several years now, we have also been vinifying grapes from plots located in the Côte de Brouilly, Morgon, Fleurie, Chénas and Moulin à Vent crus.
