Primarily Merlot, but also Syrah and Duras grapes, brief maceration, fermented in concrete casks before bottling. A tiny amount of sulfite is added at bottling. Made with organic grapes. In France, this wine is certified by ECOCERT, the French organic certification, and DEMETER, the French biodynamic certification.
