Notes on the Wine
The grapes are blended before pressing. After two days of clarification (settling) the wine is kept cool and bottled in the springtime with tiny amounts of sulfite. Made with organic grapes. In France, this wine is certified ECOCERT, the French organic certification, and DEMETER, the French biodynamic certification.
